A sandwich panel is a building material consisting of three layers:
The core layer is also made of Polyurethane (PUR) and Polyisocyanurate (PUR).
Since it has a very wide product range, it serves many areas of use in daily life. The high strength, low density and ease of application of polyurethane foam are important factors in its preference over many materials.
It is basically formed as a result of the reaction of isocyanate having at least two reactive NCO groups per molecule and glycols having two or more reactive functional OH ends. Polyurethane foam structure consists of hard segments consisting of isocyanates and soft segments consisting of polyols. Polyurethane foams are thermoset polymers formed as a result of exothermic reaction.
In the formulations of polyurethane foams, the main components of which are isocyanate and polyol, various catalysts, blowing agents and auxiliary chemicals are used depending on the sector in demand. Polyurethane foams consist of intramolecular cross-links. In this way, they are resistant to extreme conditions such as salt, acid and base and maintain their physical and chemical properties for many years.
The outer layers (hard, strong layers - Steel, Aluminum or Stainless Metals) are located.
Key Features: Sandwich Panels are light and strong materials. Provides excellent heat and sound insulation.

POLYURETHANE (PUR)
Polyurethane (PUR) is a rigid insulation material formed by mixing two basic components called polyol and isocyanate with swelling and accelerating elements under high pressure. While swelling in the section from the casting point to the rigidity, it also has a strong adhesion feature, so its adhesion performance to the sheet metal or equivalent coating material used is at a high level. The closed cells found in its structure provide the best insulation performance by resisting heat transmission. It does not absorb water. It does not produce bacteria inside. It has high dimensional stability and high compression strength, so its usage performance is good. Due to the carrier feature of the Sandwich Panel, it is recommended that the polyurethane density is generally 40 (±2) kg / m3.
POLYISOCYANURATE (PIR)
Polyisocyanurate (PIR) is a rigid insulation material formed by mixing two basic components, polyol and isocyanate, with blowing and accelerating elements under high pressure. Its main difference from the PUR structure is that the fireproofing agents used in the polyol are special and have a more dense bonding capacity. In this way, the flame does not progress during combustion and smoke emission is at a minimum level. It offers a safe choice in structures with high fire risk.
In addition, the 8-component wet group, which provides the supply of PIR/PUR components from separate channels from stocking to casting point, allows the mixing ratio and quality of the components in the foam to be of unique quality. Customer expectations are met at the highest level with the laminator and wet group design, which are parts of the innovative and quality-oriented production approach of İnova Cooling. The laminator, which is 30 meters long and provides full automatic control with servo motors, ensures that precise measurements are sustainable throughout the life of the panel.

PAINTED GALVANIZED SHEET METAL LAYERS
Sheets used in Sandwich Panels are placed in production lines as coils. Sheets are produced with polyurethane insulation material between the upper sheet and the lower sheet. Sheets consist of 9 layers.
