HINGED DOORS
Hinged doors, which can be mounted on a sandwich panel, on a concrete wall or depending on the application area, are produced in accordance with world norms.
Hinged doors are shaped in different types such as single wing, double wing, half wing, monorail channel. The cold storage door is produced in 80 mm – 100 mm wing thickness, 100% polyurethane filled, at least 42 density density, with or without threshold, suitable for the usage area, in minus or plus degrees, in accordance with the regime.
No wood is used at any point of the hinged doors. It is produced with 2 types of moldings, PVC or Aluminum.
Cold room hinged doors have a special hinge system that goes up when opening and down when closing.
Swing doors, which are the most preferred models of the refrigeration sector, can be offered with or without windows, with or without bumpers, depending on their usage areas.
All of the products used in hinged cold storage doors are produced in molds belonging to our company. After we started the production of hinged doors in our Germany headquarters in 1998, we became Turkey's first manufacturer company in 2007. Today, 90% of the companies selling hinged doors in our country buy doors from us or take samples from us.
Our products have ISO 9001 and 2008 quality certificates and GHP good hygiene practices certificate, which is the only company in the world evaluated for compliance with European norms and food regulations.
SLIDING DOORS
Sandwich ( sandwich panel ) It can be mounted on the panel, on the concrete wall or according to the application area you want. Sliding doors are produced according to world norms.
Sliding cold room doors are shaped in different types such as single wing, double wing, monorail channel. Cold storage sliding doors are produced in 80 mm – 100 mm wing thickness, at least 42 density, 100% polyurethane filled, with or without threshold, suitable for the usage area, in minus or plus degrees, in accordance with the regime.
No wood is used in sliding doors at any point. It is produced with 3 types of moldings: PVC, Aluminum or Aluminum + PVC combined thermal bridge (heat barrier).
Cold room sliding doors have a special working mechanism that goes up when opening and down when closing.
Sliding doors, which are the most preferred models of the refrigeration sector, can be offered with or without windows, with or without bumper, according to their usage areas.

FLIP FLAP DOORS
Sandwich (sandwich panel) It can be mounted on the panel, concrete wall or according to the application area, the double - winged bar doors can be opened 90 C° + 90 C° in both directions, 180 C° in total, or 90 C° with a single wing and always open at the point where it is opened. Flip flap doors are doors with 40 mm wing thickness, filled with polyurethane, with or without a viewing window, used in service transitions, kitchen transitions, areas where fast transitions are required, business transitions, cold rooms, meat, chicken, fish facilities and especially in kitchens.
Flip Flap Doors are also referred to as bar door or cowboy door according to sectoral features.
According to the characteristics of the area where it will be used, the bar door door body sheet is selected.
The door handle, which should be located inside and outside in the middle of the door, is determined.
Depending on the way of use, kick pads can be applied on the doors, starting from the bottom of the door and up to the middle of the door, with different materials, including chrome stainless, pvc, ceta aluminum.

Office doors take shape in different types, including single-wing, double-wing, one-and-a-half wings, up to 6 wings.
It is produced in accordance with the field regime in which it will be used, in a 40 mm wing thickness, 100% polyurethane filled with a density of at least 42 density, with or without threshold, suitable for the usage area.
No wood is used at any point of the service doors. It is produced only with Aluminum moldings.
Office Doors It has a hidden hinge system that ensures that the doors do not overflow into the field.
Kitchen, Office, Production Areas, WC, Bathroom , Service and Office doors, which are the most preferred models of the container industry, can be offered with or without a window, with or without a kickstand, depending on their usage areas.
